To purchase, you must be at least 18 or the legal age for a binding purchase agreement where you live. Otherwise, use the store only with parent or guardian involvement and permission.

If accounts are available, provide accurate information, protect login credentials, and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized use.

We make reasonable efforts to show descriptions, photos, measurements, materials, prices, and availability accurately. Orvenlith™ offers gardening tools, plant supports, pruning and watering accessories. Colors may vary with photography, lighting, and displays; dimensions and weights may vary reasonably. Minor variations in color, finish, texture, material, and size are not necessarily defects. Where images are representative, the received item may not look identical.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges receipt but not necessarily final acceptance. Payment, inventory, fraud-prevention, and fulfillment checks may be required. We may reasonably refuse, limit, or cancel for payment failure, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, obvious material error, restrictions, or inability to deliver. Collected payment for a canceled order will be refunded.

Orders normally process within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, up to 5 during busy periods. Standard supported U.S. carrier transit is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Estimates are not guaranteed. Shipping options and charges appear at checkout. See Shipping Policy.

Eligible items may be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery. After receipt, inspection, and approval, eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 5–10 business days; the provider may take longer to post. No restocking fee for approved returns. Shipping treatment depends on the reason. See Return & Refund Policy.

Inspect promptly and contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery about damage, defect, incomplete or wrong items, or material differences. Include order number and relevant product, packaging, and label images. Confirmed errors attributable to us receive an appropriate remedy without additional costs caused by the error.

Submit requests promptly. We will try before fulfillment but cannot guarantee changes once processing, packaging, or shipment begins. Successful cancellation before fulfillment incurs no fee.

Offers may have expiration, eligibility, minimum purchase, exclusion, availability, usage limit, and other stated conditions. Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be redeemed for cash or combined. Apply discounts before checkout completion.

Use products lawfully and follow descriptions, care information, specifications, and safety instructions. Pruning blades and sharp garden tools should be handled carefully, stored safely away from children and pets, and used only for their intended purpose. Secure trellises and supports appropriately for the plant and growing location.

Contact us before unusually large, wholesale, or resale orders so availability and terms can be confirmed. Resale purchase does not authorize representation as an official distributor or agent without written permission.

Orvenlith™ branding, site design, photos, text, graphics, and original content are owned by or licensed to the operator and protected where applicable. Do not copy, republish, distribute, imitate, manufacture, or commercially exploit protected content without permission except where law permits.

Submissions must be accurate, lawful, and respect others’ rights. By voluntarily submitting content for publication, you grant a non-exclusive worldwide royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display it for operating, promoting, and improving the store, subject to law and our Privacy Policy. We may moderate unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, misleading, infringing, sensitive, or irrelevant content.

Do not commit fraud; submit false payment details; interfere with site security or availability; introduce malware; access systems without authorization; collect other users’ data without authorization; infringe rights; or misrepresent your identity or relationship with Orvenlith™. We may restrict access or cancel affected orders.

The store uses Shopify and may rely on payment, shipping, analytics, and communication providers. Linked third-party sites and services have their own terms and policies.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by severe weather, disasters, carrier or transport interruptions, labor disruptions, government action, customs, infrastructure failure, widespread technical outage, or similar events beyond reasonable control. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve affected orders.

To the extent permitted by law, site and store services have no warranties beyond those expressly stated or legally required. To the fullest extent permitted, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. Mandatory consumer rights and liabilities remain unaffected.

Terms and purchases are subject to applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rights based on transaction or location. Contact support first to try resolving disputes in good faith; legal rights remain available.

If a provision is invalid or unenforceable, remaining provisions continue where permitted. Delayed enforcement does not waive future enforcement.
